This counselling skills course is designed for those who wish to understand the concept of employee counselling, counselling skills relevance to the running of the organisation, and the benefits that accrue when an organisation uses effective employee counselling methods.

Typical counselling skills course candidates include those working within the personnel function, managers/supervisors, together with individuals who would benefit from improving their human relationships skills. The counselling skills event described below covers two days but could be extended to three if communication skills were also required.
