The
Certificate in Recruitment and Selection programme begins with a 2-day introductory
workshop that prepares students for the courses and assignments, and introduces
some of the basic concepts of recruitment and selection. Students must then complete
five course modules:
Introduction to Psychometrics (1 day) or
Recruitment Consultancy (1 day).
In addition to the above, students must:
attend the introductory workshop and all five course modules
complete two assessed skills-based assignments
