the purpose and philosophy of performance improvement
- identify the key elements in their organisation's performance review
and development processes and procedures
- prepare a performance
review and development meeting
- consider organisational and functional
goals,
- assess an individual's past performance and their future developmental
needs
- arrange a review meeting and collect appropriate information

demonstrate effective questioning, listening and feedback skills
- participate
in a PRD meeting, in the roles of both manager and employee, and complete appropriate follow-up
procedures.
